• Researching & comparing resorts/prices/amenities
• Maintaining thorough notes about your preferences and priorities
• Booking your vacation including resort stay, tickets/passes, and advanced dining reservations
• Applying applicable promotions to your vacation as they are released by the travel vendor
• Assisting with stroller rentals & airport transfers
• Activity/excursion recommendations for your location-based days
• Any & all communication with the travel vendor for modifications to your plans, up until you check in!
• Email & phone contact with through check-in, then more direct access via text if you need to get in touch while you're traveling!
Intended for travelers who have very recently booked their trip on their own, a transfer may be available to ensure that our planning services remain complimentary. While we encourage inquiring before you book on your own, this is a great option for clients who have already taken the first steps to begin planning. Please email us for specific details & to inquire about a transfer.
Meant for clients who have booked a trip on their own and are unable to transfer within their vendor's policy window, this service will allow you to call on our agents as if you had booked with us from the start. For a small fee, take advantage of all the same tasks, knowledge, and resources to plan your trip with thought & care.
